From Monday 19th July 2021.
A) IN GENERAL
> As a high temperature is still a key sign of Covid - 19 every one entering Wolf Spa will be temperature checked (Any one refusing or have a high temperature will be refused entry into Wolf Spa).
> No re – entry within that same day will be allowed - unless you have purchased a Spa Pass.
> To help us manage social distancing and an additional safety level for you we will be limiting the amount of clients allowed in the spa. (Please accept our apologies in advance if we have to turn you away)
> Enhanced Hygiene – Cleaning stations installed and hard surfaces cleaned regularly.
> We will ensure enhanced ventilation with doors and windows open where we can and weather permitting.
> Our “One Way System” for traffic around the spa will stay in place.
> Weather permitting our outdoor chill out area will be utilised as reception/sitting area/ contact with a member of staff.
> Seating areas rearranged.
> Installation of sneeze guard on reception.
> Face Masks are no longer compulsary in the Spa – however, you are welcome to wear them, we also hold a stock of face masks on reception.
B) CLIENT ARRIVAL & RECEPTION
When you arrive you will be greeted, but with no handshake or any personal contact.
Your temperature will be checked using a contactless infrared thermometer. A high temperature is one of the main symptoms of Covid-19. You will be refused entry if you provide a temperature reading of 38C or higher, or if you refuse to have your temperature taken.
You will be asked to either wash your hands or use the hand cleaning stations and during your time at Wolf Spa you are requested to regularly washing your hands or using the hand cleaning stations. Payment will be taken from you – we accept cash and credit/debit cards. (Contactless for your safety)
You will be given a towel and allocated a locker.
We understand that you may need to check on your phone whilst at Wolf Spa – you are requested to do this either in the reception area or in the out side chill area (weather permitting).
To keep our clients and staff as safe as possible we have created “One Way “ traffic systems round the spa – you are requested to observe these. On leaving the spa you are requested to leave your key in the locker and put your towels in the grey bin provided in the changing room and advise a member of staff you are leaving so you can be escorted out.
C) OUR TEAM
We have conducted training to ensure that all clients are cared for in a safe, hygienic and professional manner.
Staff will uphold safe standards while dealing with responsibilities at reception – for the protection of our clients and staff a sneeze guard has been installed.
Staff will wash their hands on a regular basis and wear protective gloves where appropriate
D) OUR FACILITIES
All facilities, including showers and surfaces at Wolf Spa will be subject to enhanced cleaning with the appropriate cleaning products.
One use disposable items will be used where appropriate. Cleaning stations installed with hand sanitiser.
E) WE ASK YOU, OUR CLIENTS
If you need to check on your phone whilst at Wolf Spa – you are requested to do this either in the reception area or in the out side chill area (weather permitting).

DO NOT COME TO WOLF SPA IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU LIVE WITH IS SELF – ISOLATING
OR IS DISPLAYING SYMPTOMS KNOWN TO BE CONSISTENT WITH Covid– 19.
