As we are a Private Members Club only valid members will be allowed to use the facilities. Making a booking is very simple - just go onto "My Membership Page" and select "Store Purchase" then select your preferred date and time.

You will be refused entry if you provide a temperature reading of 38C or higher, or if you refuse to have your temperature taken. (naturally should you be refused entry your monies will be refunded).

Simply confirm your name (as we will have a note of your booking), we will then escort you to the changing room and give you information on the spa.
A locker will be allocated to you,(taking into consideration social distancing), in this locker will be the key and 2 towels. (We are giving 2 towels per client so as to reduce any unnecessary contact with any staff members.) We have 2 sets of lockers, lockers number 1 to 12 are placed on the left hand side of the changing room and lockers 13 to 22 are placed on the right hand side of the changing room. If you are allocated a locker on left hand side – please use the shower on left hand side. If you are allocated a locker on right hand side – please use the shower on right hand side.

To keep our clients and staff as safe as possible we have created “One Way “ traffic systems round the spa – you are requested to observe these. On leaving the spa you are requested to leave your key in the locker and put your towels in the grey bin provided in the changing room and advise a member of staff you are leaving so you can be escorted out.
